Safer Internet Day - Workshop

The Internet has permeated every walk of life. But how safe is it? iKeva members at our KPHB centre celebrated the ‘Safer Internet Day’ on February 8, 2022, with a workshop conducted by Ashok Reddy, IT Lead, iKeva. The workshop was held both live and online.

During this workshop, the main topics covered were:

• Common risks faced online.

• Best practices followed by iKeva to ensure data privacy and safety.

• Internet safety measures.

The interactive workshop also focused on Q&A session by the members where the members asked about how to find out if their emails were hacked, how to safeguard personal data online, how to verify whether the sites are trustworthy, how a data breach happens and how to prevent it.
