Speaker Session on Ayurvedic Wisdom for New Mothers
On the occasion of Mother’s Day, iKeva brings to our valued members an interactive speaker session on Ayurvedic Wisdom for New Mothers. This speaker session would be hosted by Dr. Amrutha S. [BAMS, MS(Ayu)] who is Head of Department – Ayurveda at Sri Sri Holistic Hospital. Dr. Amrutha, an Ayurvedic Gynaecologist, shall be addressing our members on the following topics –
- Postpartum blues/depression.
- Post natal care – Nutrition, exercise and lifestyle modification.
- Panchakarma therapies- detoxification.
- Yoga for women
There shall be a Question and Answer session also wherein the members shall be interacting with Dr. Amrutha. After the session, Dr. Amrutha shall also have 1:1 private session with the members whereby the members shall be consulting for a private session.
