Who is the speaker?
• Venkat Annapragada, Project Management Professional
Venkat graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 1993. He began his career in the Industry as Assistant Manager Process in charge of Pollution and Environmental Control Department. In 1997 he switched to the IT Industry as a software engineer. In the IT industry he performed varied roles of developer, business analyst, project manager, pre-sales consultant, senior project manager and program manager. Since 2010, he has conducted numerous project management training sessions in India, USA, Portugal, Singapore and France.
Venkat is a certified Project Management Professional [PMP] since 2006
What will be addressed?
- Processes concerned with conducting risk management planning, identification, analysis, responses, and monitoring and control on a project.
- Identifying and prioritizing risk in advance, of their occurrence and providing action-oriented information to project managers.
- Increasing the probability and impact of positive events and decreasing the probability and impact of negative events in a project.
