Rent is inclusive of access to office and common areas, furniture, utilities and cleaning services. Phone, internet connections and beverages are charged per person, depending on the package chosen. The rest of the services are available on a pay-per-use basis. We believe in complete transparency, and share all charges in detail with you, so you know what your invoices will look like.
