Pardhasaradhi has over 2 decades of experience across infrastructure, real estate, development and manufacturing sectors. He is a seasoned professional with in-depth experience in handling large projects including green-field projects.

Prior to iKeva, Pardhasaradhi was on the advisory board of Keystones Infra-Con India Pvt. Ltd., SK Corp. and Cocos Infra-Con India; and was a part of senior management team at K. Raheja Corp. He has been associated with GoAP & GoTN for implementation of projects funded by World Bank. Pardhasaradhi was a part of the founding team of Employment Generation and Marketing Mission (EGMM) of Andhra Pradesh.

Pardhasaradhi is committed to making an impact on our civil society issues. He was a key contributor in setting up an apparel training center for the underprivileged women at Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh and has also volunteered in various social initiatives – Let’s Vote, Nav Sevaks, I’m not shame Foundation. He holds an MBA from the M.S. University of Baroda, a P.G. Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management and a Bachelors in Law.
