Sharing is caring!

Do you know, as per Experts, CoronaVirus is going to stay for 12 to 18 months?

Finding a medicine or immunization is the only way to protect the world from the impacts of this pandemic. Now that the pandemic is spreading very rapidly and the chance of finding apt medicine seems to be taking time, we need to take precautionary measures at home as well as at the workplace. With the restrictions easing and the world trying to go back to normal, it’s imperative that we all join hands and take up the responsibility of preventing the spread of the virus by adhering to the social distancing guidelines.

Measures taken by iKeva for the safety of their clients

Currently, India is the second-largest market for the coworking space industry after China. Due to a large number of people from different industries working under the same roof, the risk of infection increases manyfold. Keeping this in mind iKeva has put in place the following safety measures to prevent the outbreak.

Sanitization:

We have increased the frequency of cleaning & sanitization to cycles of four hours in common area touchpoints such as elevators, entrance doors, basement lift lobbies, hand railings, and any other high footfall areas. Sanitizers and disposable tissues are provided at all common areas.

Disinfectant:

We are using WHO-approved pandemic chemicals for housekeeping and cleaning of common areas.

Awareness Programs:

We have circulated mailers and put up general advisory posters in service areas as a part of communication and information for the iKeva community.

 Workforce Management & Training:

We have rolled out in-house awareness programs for all the support staff that includes training for identification of symptoms, Do’s & Don’ts, importance of PPEs, and the escalation measures during any identification of symptoms.

Body Temperature Monitoring:

We have put non-invasive thermometers at all iKeva locations to monitor the body temperature of all members and visitors. Adhering to the social distancing directives, individuals with a body temperature higher than 100 degrees would be requested to leave the premises.

People Safety Management:

We have partnered with Doxiva, a people safety management tool to assess health risks during this global pandemic, on a member level, and protect the safety of each and every member attending office at our centers.

Restrictive Access:

Delivery or courier personnel, including food delivery personnel, will not be allowed entry into iKeva center. All delivery items need to be picked up from the main entry gate of the building.

Therefore, taking precautionary measures would reduce the risk of exposure & the impact of COVID19 and iKeva has been par excellence at it.
